Singer Songwriter night calls back fan favorite local troubadour, David Lloyd, on Thursday, November 16th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. David is a singer songwriter in the Texas tradition that grew up in New Mexico. David's style is defined by delightfully unique chord progressions and masterfully smithed lyrics. In 1975, David and his band — the acoustic trio, Kiwi — moved to Austin and appeared on Austin City Limits in 1977. Kiwi continued to tour for several years in TX, AK, LA, MS, CO and NY. Last year, Kiwi reunited after a 40 year hiatus and returned to Austin to open for Lyle Lovett and his Big Band.
Kick off the weekend with us and Lane Maury on Friday, November 17th from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Hailing all the way from Cullman, AL, Lane brings us a taste of real country. Lane was reared on traditional country by a steel guitar playing father that played with Roger Miller and Faron Young that instilled a love for the genre which drives his authentic sound. He's been playing live shows all over the southeast for over a decade, and had the opportunity to open for Gene Watson and sang with Marty Raybon of Shenandoah. If you're a fan of country music, heartfelt and relatable lyrics, and a smooth southern timbre, you won't want to miss Lane's performance!
Corey Hall boards the stage for debut on Saturday from 7:00pm - 10:00pm. Corey is a NWFL Regional Blues Challenge winner that brings so much heart and soul wherever he spends his days crooning one of a kind blues, roots, and folk across the Florida Panhandle for enraptured audiences. Don't miss a weekend of toe curling tunes at the Apalachicola Yacht Club!
